For client companies that have concluded an advisory contract with us, we offer a discount on the amount of compensation when we receive requests for individual cases.
Preparation and review of contracts for various commercial transactions
The contents of commercial transaction contracts, such as basic sales contracts and outsourcing contracts, vary depending on the nature of each transaction. Of course, some contracts can be easily prepared using a template, but on the other hand, in order to prevent future disputes, it is necessary to assume the legal risks that may arise in each individual contract based on the individual circumstances of each contract, and to modify the contract in consideration of such risks. In some cases, it may even be necessary to draft the agreement from scratch.
